The job was sold to us as a short project not to take longer than a week to install flooring and baseboards.Job took 14 days and counting.
Some of the base needed to be redone due to crappy workmanship. The guy didn't show up 3 inside of the 14 days. He failed to lay down protective material and installer was chock-full of excuses. The owner is less than a professional and is not trustworthy to say the least.
So, my advice to you, if your buying your materials from Lumber Liquidators, make sure you get your installer arranged before you buy. Otherwise, you may fall into the same pit we fell into with Stiles.
They benefit from the relationship they have with them and there are no good reviews online to speak for them.Buyer beware!!!
